Position: Senior Support Worker

Role Overview: Lead a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care for the children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee care plans and ensure staff compliance with guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Liaise with families, guardians, and professionals to ensure cohesive support.

Pay rate: From £………… to £………… per hour

Monthly hour: 173

Shift pattern: 2 on 4 off (48-hour shift patterns)

Full Time / Bank Work / Waking Night

Qualification: NVQ or QCF Level 3 of 4 in Health and Social Care in children.

Experience: Must have 1 to 2 years’ experience of working in Ofsted registered children’s home and experience of leading shifts.

Holidays:

Ofsted Inspection Bonus, if rating is Good or above.
